Urgent Support

Counselling for Social Change is unable to offer emergency support.  However there are other places to turn to in an emergency.

NHS:

  • If you or someone else is in danger, call 999 or go to A&E now
  • If you need urgent help for your mental health, call 111
  • During the daytime, you could also contact your GP/Surgery for advice. There is more information here:

CALM: CALM is a suicide prevention helpline offering help if you can’t see a way forward. It is open from 5pm until midnight every day.
