Trustees
Counselling for Social Change (C4SC) is currently seeking people to join our Trustees to support our mission of providing low cost counselling across the Southwest and support for activists across the UK.
We welcome applications from anyone, but are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
- Charity Governance: To ensure legal compliance and best-practice oversight.
- Fundraising: To help develop sustainable income streams and donor networks.
- Activism: To help us maintain our focus on social change.
As a trustee, you will play a vital role in shaping our strategic direction and ensuring the organisation remains resilient and impactful.

Counselling Placements
Counselling for Social Change is a Registered Charity providing free and low-cost counselling across the UK. As well as supporting people on low incomes to access affordable counselling, we also provide support to people involved in campaigning and social change movements.
Please read the Person Specification and Volunteer Counsellor Contract before applying below.
If successful, all applicants will be required to provide an Enhanced DBS and will be asked to complete an online Adult safeguarding course. Please see our Rehabilitation of Offenders Policy.
